About University

Northumbria University is a public university in Newcastle upon Tyne, a city in the northeast of England. The university started as a college called Rutherford College of Technology in 1877. Entry Requirements for Pakistani Students

  • International applicants will need an ATAS certificate to enrol on this course. Without this certificate, a visa application will be refused. 

Grade Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in an engineering or science discipline is required to study this course. 

English Proficiency:

  • International students whose first language is not English are to demonstrate proficiency in English by having an IELTS overall score of 6.5 (or approved equivalent) with at least 5.5 in each of the four components.
