Course Overview

This BSc Business Analytics with Foundation Year is designed to provide additional preparation to strengthen your academic and professional foundations and fully prepare you for undergraduate study. It is ideal if you are returning to study after a gap, or if you have not previously studied the relevant subjects, or if you didn't achieve the grades you need for a place on your chosen undergraduate degree. 

The program focuses on practical applications, using industry-relevant tools to teach you how to leverage data for decision-making, solve complex business problems, and develop innovative strategies. You will learn from leading academics in business analytics, AI, and big data, gaining a well-rounded skill set that bridges business strategy and data science. The course emphasises hands-on learning with tools like Python and Tableau, using real-world case studies to ensure you have job-ready skills.  

The course uses interactive lectures, workshops, and collaborative seminars to combine theory and practice. You can choose between full-time (4 years) and part-time (6 years) study options. Classes are held in the evening. Upon successful completion of the Foundation Year, students automatically advance to the main BSc Business Analytics degree.
