Course Details

Studying a Master of Business Administration in General Business Management (MBA General) in the UK provides students with a detailed understanding of core business principles, as well as the leadership skills they need to succeed in this industry.

Typically, an MBA in General Management will focus on teaching students how to manage the different moving parts of a business, which includes marketing, finance, operations and human resources. Students will learn the required theoretical knowledge as well as how to apply it in practical situations, fully preparing them for the workforce.

Entry Requirements

  • Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree from a university in the UK or an equivalent qualification obtained from a well-regarded institution overseas.

  • Candidates may need to have a minimum of three years of full-time employment in managerial roles or in any other professional business setting.

Grade Requirements:

  • A Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score of around 640 or higher.

  • A first-class or an upper second class honours degree at undergraduate level.

English Proficiency:

  • Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency in the language, typically through an IELTS score of at least 6.5. TOEFL or other equivalents are also allowed.
