Course Overview

The MSc in Investment and Financial Management at the University of East Anglia will equip students with the essential skills needed to become managers, business analysts, brokers, or accountants.   • Applicants must submit a personal statement highlighting their interest in the programme, along with letters of recommendation and academic transcripts. 

  • A relevant academic/employer reference may also be required.

Grade Requirement:

  • Applicants should possess a second-class lower undergraduate degree (2:2) in any subject area. However, students who have previously studied business or a business-related course at the undergraduate or postgraduate level should carefully review the modules to ensure this programme is right for them. 

English Proficiency:

  • Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency in the language, typically through an IELTS overall score of at least 6.5 (or a 5.5 in each section).

Cost of Study

For students enrolling in the MSc Investment and Financial Management at the University of East Anglia, the tuition fees for the 2025/26 academic session are £24,300. International PG Merit Scholarship:

This scholarship is an automatic award for students paying overseas fees joining an eligible postgraduate programme at UEA. This award is worth:

  • £5,500—if students achieve the equivalent of a UK 2:2 bachelor’s degree classification.*

  • £6,500—if their final undergraduate grade is equivalent to at least a UK 2:1 bachelor’s degree classification.
