MSc Occupational Therapy Pre-registration

The MSc Occupational Therapy (Pre-registration) at Teesside University, Middlesbrough, provides students with the academic knowledge, clinical skills, and hands-on experience needed to qualify and practice as professional occupational therapists. The course explores the core principles of occupation, health, and intervention, while integrating clinical placements in diverse healthcare and community settings.

Grade Requirements:

Applicants are typically required to hold at least a 2:1 honours degree (or international equivalent) in any subject. Applicants with unrelated academic backgrounds may also be considered if they can demonstrate relevant work experience or transferable skills.

English Language Requirements:

Applicants whose first language is not English must have an IELTS score of 7.0 overall, with no component below 6.5. Equivalent English qualifications, such as SELT, may be accepted in line with university policy.
