The BA Business Management with a Year in Industry at the University of East Anglia (UEA) is a four-year undergraduate programme that includes three years of academic study and one year spent working in the industry. Grade Requirements:
Applicants must satisfy one of the following requirements to apply:
Achieve 32 points in the International Baccalaureate,
Obtain a DDM in the BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma, or
Attain ABB at A levels (excluding General Studies).
Applicants may also apply with equivalent international qualifications.
English Proficiency:
Applicants who are non-native English speakers need a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall and at least 5.5 in every skill section. Keep in mind that the test results are valid only if taken within two years of the course’s start date.
Candidates from specific countries may not be required to provide proof of English proficiency.
The tuition fee for international students joining the University of East Anglia’s BA Business Management with a Year in Industry programme is £24,800. An additional £5,500 is charged for the year in industry. These fees are for the 2025/26 academic year and are subject to a potential annual increase of 4% afterwards.
The University of East Anglia (UEA) supports international students through scholarships like the International PG Merit Scholarship, which offers up to £5,000 off tuition fees for postgraduate study. US citizens enrolled in postgraduate research can apply for the UEA One Year American Library Scholarship, worth £10,000.
