BSc Nursing Studies Mental Health

Course Overview

The BSc Nursing Studies (Mental Health) is a three-year, full-time undergraduate degree designed to prepare students with the values, knowledge, and skills required to support individuals experiencing mental health issues across all age groups. The course combines academic learning with diverse placement experiences in both community and inpatient settings, including opportunities to work with individuals within the criminal justice system.

Entry Requirements for Nepalese Students

Grade Requirements:

  • 112 UCAS points from a QAA-recognised Access course (any combination).
  • Minimum of two GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including English language and maths.
  • 112 points from two or three A levels, or equivalent T levels for GCE and VCE Advanced Level.
  • 120 points (grade B) in Health and Social Care.

English Proficiency:

  • IELTS overall score of 7.0, with a minimum of 7.0 in each component.
  • Equivalent scores in other accepted English tests such as PTE Academic are also accepted.
