BSc Diagnostic Radiography

Course Overview

The Buckinghamshire New University Diagnostic Radiography degree offers a direct path into the diagnostic radiography profession. The course is designed to give students the knowledge and skills needed to meet the standards set by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the College of Radiographers (COR). This includes learning about the safe and effective use of imaging equipment, understanding health conditions, and quality control processes.

English Proficiency:

  • If English is not your first language, you must show you can use it well. This usually means getting an IELTS score of 7.0 overall, with no single part (reading, writing, listening, or speaking) scoring less than 6.5. 
  • The university also takes similar scores from other approved English language tests, such as PTE or TOEFL.

Cost of Study

For international students, the tuition fee for the BSc Diagnostic Radiography at Buckinghamshire New University for the 2025/26 academic year is £15,150 per year.

Scholarships

There are various scholarships for international students at Buckinghamshire New University. These include the Vice-Chancellor's International Student Scholarship, which provides a fee reduction, with undergraduate students receiving £1,500 in their first year.
