How and when do I submit my application?

August – October 2026

The Application Window

  • Undergraduate (UCAS) Submissions: If you are pursuing a bachelor’s degree, you will send your application through the central UCAS system.
  • Postgraduate Direct Applications: Master’s applications are made directly through university portals, and our AHZ team can help you submit your paperwork correctly.
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC): You must start the process for your NOC from the Ministry in Nepal to handle future tuition payments and visas.

What happens after I receive a university offer?

  • Securing Your Seat: You will need to pay a tuition deposit, and you should attend our AHZ spot assessments to meet UK representatives.
  • Requesting your CAS: Once your deposit is settled, the school will issue your electronic CAS number required for your visa application.

  • The 28-Day Rule: You must show that your required funds have remained in an approved bank account for at least 28 days straight.
