Course Overview

The BSc Computing and Information Technology Foundation Year at Northumbria University, Newcastle, will enable students to gain a solid introduction to the various principles of computing and information science. It also provides them with the experience to make the right decision about which degree course to pursue.

The Foundation Year will provide students with an introduction to information technology, information systems and computing.   Students who successfully complete the course can progress to a degree course such as BSc Computer Science and BSc Artificial Intelligence.
