Course Overview

With the BSc Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice at Liverpool John Moores University, students gain the knowledge to understand criminal behaviour and the criminal justice system. In this course, students will study aspects such as developmental, cognitive, and social psychology; criminological theory; research methods and statistics; and criminal justice. Additionally, they will complete a final-year dissertation. All these will give students the insight and experience to work across forensic, criminal justice, and support services.

 

Teaching and learning for this 3-year full-time programme combine lectures, tutorials, seminars, activity-based learning, and group discussions. Entry Requirements for Bangladeshi Students

Applicants must meet the following requirements to study BSc Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice at Liverpool John Moores University;

 

Grade Requirements:

  • To apply, individuals must have a minimum of 88 UCAS points. These points must come from a combination of level 3 qualifications such as A-levels, BTECs, International Baccalaureate, and other equivalent qualifications.

English Proficiency:

  • Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency in the language, typically through an IELTS score of at least 6.0. TOEFL or other equivalents are also allowed.

Cost of Study

Liverpool John Moores University charges £18,250 for tuition for the 2025/2026 academic year for the BSc Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice. However, this does not cover other personal expenses or lodging fees. International students must also pay a £5,000 deposit before receiving a CAS.

Scholarships
