Coventry University’s MSc International Human Resource Management is a one-year programme that teaches students the principles guiding human interaction. In this course, students will understand what it takes to manage people, as they are contributors (human capital) to every organisation. The programme also gives graduates the skills to handle the challenges that may arise in a community where humans are the driving forces.
During this programme, students will learn subjects including strategic human resource management, how organisations work, understanding people through data, and how HR is approached around the world. This course has also been recognised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), which means that after graduating, you'll have the opportunity to become an Associate Member.
Teaching is delivered through lectures, seminars, tutorials, presentations, and practical laboratories. Assessments include essays, reports, tests, practical coursework, and examinations.
