Brunel University Named UK's Most International University

The Times Higher Education (THE) rankings are out, and we’re excited to share that our partner, Brunel University London, has been named the UK’s most international university for the second year in a row!

Notably, Brunel is ranked 6th in the world for ‘International Outlook’, thanks to its large number of international staff, students, and research partnerships. Brunel holds these top UK and global positions alongside Queen’s University Belfast, and this year, Imperial College London joins them in a three-way tie.

The THE World University Rankings look at research-focused universities around the world in five areas: international outlook, citations, teaching, research, and industry income. They also give an overall score based on all of these.

Brunel’s overall score puts it joint 39th in the UK and in the 351–400 range globally. Prof Trevor Hoey, Brunel’s Pro Vice-Chancellor International and Sustainability, remarked:
