BSc Human Resource Management

The University of Roehampton BSc Human Resource Management prepares human resources specialists who understand how organisations can make the most of their employees' potential and develop effective people management abilities. Students will be eligible for Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) upon completion. The course is rooted in practice, with an emphasis on sustainability.

The learning approach is practical and is delivered through lectures, seminars, independent study, online skills sessions, and assessment preparation workshops. Students are assessed through coursework, reports, examinations, online tests, portfolio evaluation, case studies, critical posters, and consultancy projects.

 An optional one-year paid work placement is available after the second year, supported by the University's Placement and Work Experience Team, to enhance future employment prospects.

• Applicants need 112–128 UCAS points or equivalent to study this course.

English Proficiency:

• Applicants whose first language is not English must meet the university's minimum English language requirements of an IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each section.
• Applicants can submit equivalent test scores, such as TOEFL and PTE
