MSc Human Resource Management,

Studying an MSc in Human Resource Management at the  University of Central Lancashire will enable students to demonstrate critical knowledge and understanding of the primary theories and concepts relevant to HRM in a business context. The programme will equip students with valuable skills that help them to resolve complex workplace issues, assist employee development, and influence business decision making.

This programme runs for 1 year, and students will graduate with the knowledge, understanding, and skills that are required by today's senior HR professionals.

Students will also graduate with both an MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM) and a Level 7 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Grade Requirements

• A first-class or an upper second-class honours degree at undergraduate level.

English Proficiency

• Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency in the language, typically through an IELTS score of at least 6.5. TOEFL or other equivalents are also allowed.

The tuition fee for the 2025/26 academic year for international students for MSc Human Resource Management programme is around £16,900. Keep in mind that these fees are subject to change.

The University of Central Lancashire has several scholarships and bursaries available for both international postgraduate and undergraduate students. Students will need to apply for and receive an offer from the university to be considered for any of its scholarships.

Excellence Scholarship is applicable to an applicant who has achieved excellent grades prior to entering their chosen undergraduate or postgraduate taught program with the university.

Foundation Year Bursary is offered to students upon completion of a foundation year and moving into year one of the bachelor's course.
