BSc Real Estate

• The university also accepts qualifications from other countries that are considered equal to A Levels.

English Proficiency:

• If you are an international applicant, you will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the English language by achieving an overall score of 6.0 in the IELTS test, with a minimum score of 5.5 in each of the four parts.
• The university also accepts other English language qualifications that are considered equal to IELTS, such as TOEFL and PTE Academic.

For international students, the tuition fee for the first year of study is £19,350. Please remember that the university might increase these fees in the following years of your course.

Northumbria University offers several scholarships for international students who wish to study undergraduate or postgraduate courses. If you are an international student starting a postgraduate taught programme in September 2025 or January 2026, you may be eligible for a discount of £3,000 on your tuition fees.

There are also specific scholarships available for students from certain countries, such as Nigeria and India, which offer different amounts of financial assistance. For international students commencing an undergraduate course in September 2025, the International Scholarship can help to lower the cost of your tuition fees for the first year.
