BA Business Analysis and Technology Human Resource Management

University of Strathclyde

Course overview

The BA (Hons) Business Analysis and Technology & Human Resource Management degree at the University of Strathclyde is a combined course. It gives you skills in two important areas. Business Analysis teaches you how to use advanced methods and technology to help managers make better choices for the business. Human Resource Management (HRM) is about how to manage people in the workplace, which includes things like hiring staff, training them, and resolving disagreements.

You will study both subjects throughout the course. In the Business Analysis part, you will learn different ways to solve problems and see how to use technology in business. In the HRM part, you will start with an overview of Managing People and then study deeper theories and skills for managing employees. This degree will give you both the technical skills and the people skills needed to be a successful leader in any modern company.
