University of Kent

Course overview

At the University of Kent, law is taught critically – not just as rules to be learnt, but as a system that shapes the world and can be shaped in return. Students will have an in-depth understanding of how law works in practice, who it serves, and how it could be made fairer, more effective, and more inclusive.

The LLB Law at the University of Kent modules are taught by active researchers, legal professionals, and experts in the field of legal education. Students will gain real experience, as they will have the opportunity to work on live cases, pioneering the school’s Law Clinic.

Students will learn interactively and actively through lectures, seminars, tutorials, independent Study, group work, and workshops.
