BSc Computer Science Artificial Intelligence
Course overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly successful at solving complex problems across self-driving cars and medicine, to information retrieval and gaming. Recent advances in machine learning techniques utilise AI systems that extract patterns from vast amounts of data (big data) using large-scale computing infrastructure, such as cloud computing.
In the BSc Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) at the University of Kent, students will specialise in this rapidly evolving area of computer science. Students will acquire a combination of solid knowledge of computing technologies and programming skills, along with an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of building AI systems.
