BA International Business

The BA International Business programme is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to thrive in today's increasingly globalised business world. Students will learn how to navigate different national business practices, cultural differences, and language requirements. The curriculum covers core business functions such as finance, marketing, human resource management, and logistics, all within an international context. 

The course challenges students to broaden their perspectives and develop the ability to make sound business decisions in a global environment, with modules covering the world economy, cross-cultural management, and emerging markets. Hands-on experience is a key feature, with students participating in live business projects and collaborations with real companies each year. In the second year, there's an opportunity for a trimester-long work placement or study abroad at ESSEC, a top-ranked business school.

Additional information includes the Authentic Business Learning (ABL) approach, ensuring students gain practical experience throughout their studies. The programme emphasises the development of key transferable skills, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication. Grade Requirements:

• Applicants must achieve 112 UCAS tariff points, which can be obtained through A-Levels (BBC), T Levels (Merit), or BTEC Diplomas (DMM). Equivalent international qualifications will be considered.

English Proficiency:

• Applicants whose first language is not English are required to demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component, or by providing results from other accepted equivalent tests, such as TOEFL or PTE.

The annual tuition fee for international students on this programme is £17,500.
