BSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
Course overview
The BSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of Derby is a three-year programme designed to equip students with the financial knowledge and technical expertise required for construction roles. Entry requirements

Grade Requirements:
- Candidates generally need at least 104 UCAS Tariff points from A-Levels at BBC, BTEC Extended Diploma at DMM, T Levels and Access to HE Diplomas
- Similar international qualifications are also accepted.
English Proficiency:
- Applicants from non-English speaking countries need to achieve an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each section.
- Similar English tests like PTE are also accepted.

Biomedical Science Excellence Scholarship
Two awards of £1,000 are available, and will be awarded as a tuition fee reduction in the second semester. Each recipient will also be allocated up to £500 to use to attend a conference.
