Entry Requirements

Grade Requirements:

  • UCAS tariff of 104 - 112 points at A2

  • BTEC Extended Diploma at DMM and BTEC Diploma at D*D-D*D*

  • International Baccalaureate Diploma: Pass including 104 - 112 points from Higher Level subjects

  • GCSEs: 5 at grade C/4 including Maths and English or equivalent

English Proficiency:

  • International applicants whose first language is not English are required to prove their English Language proficiency by having an IELTS score of 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each unit.

Cost of Study

The course is available to international students for a fee of £17,325 per year, offering fantastic value for high-quality education. For local students, the course costs £9,535 per year.

Scholarships

The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) offers a variety of scholarships and bursaries to support students financially during their studies. These include the Excellence Scholarship, which rewards students with outstanding academic achievements, and the International Bursary, providing £1,000 per year to eligible international students. Additionally, UCLan participates in the GREAT Scholarships program, offering £10,000 to students from specific countries.

The Care Leaver Bursary and Carers Bursary are also forms of bursaries to support students who need extra support because they have been in care or are estranged from their parents.
