Course overview
The BSc Sport and Exercise Science with Foundation Year at Bedfordshire University allows students to explore how the body moves, works, and heals through sport and exercise. The foundation year helps students build skills in writing, maths, and science so they are ready for degree-level study. Once the foundation year is completed, students will learn about muscles, bones, nutrition, movement, and health.
