BSc Honours Real Estate with Foundation Year

The BSc (Honours) Real Estate with Foundation Year at Sheffield Hallam University is a degree programme that takes 4 to 5 years to complete and is held at the City Campus. In this course, students will learn essential skills for the real estate industry, including how to inspect, evaluate, and manage properties. Grade Requirements:

• Applicants are eligible if they have a CC grade in A Levels, an MPP grade in a BTEC Extended Diploma, or an overall Pass in a T Level qualification.
• They are also required to have a minimum of 64 UCAS points. This should include at least 32 points from one A Level or an equivalent qualification from the BTEC programme, not counting general studies. 

English Proficiency:

• Applicants who are non-native English speakers need to have at least a total IELTS score of 6.0, with a minimum score of 5.5 in each band.

International students enrolling in the Sheffield Hallam University BSc (Honours) Real Estate with Foundation Year for the academic year 2025/26 will be charged a tuition fee of £17,155 annually.

Students who decide to include a placement year in their studies will see their tuition fee for that specific year cut down, as they will only owe up to 20% of the regular fee.
