Overview

The BA (Honours) Business Management and Enterprise programme at Sheffield Hallam University helps students learn how to create new businesses and become skilled managers who can solve problems in companies around the world. In this course, students will learn through lectures, small group discussions, and one-on-one help from tutors, and they will be assessed through reports, projects, and presentations, rather than relying solely on exams.

Entry Requirements

Candidates are encouraged to present a personal statement outlining their motivations for the course and relevant academic or professional experiences. A pertinent academic and/or employer reference is also often required. Applicants may upload their curriculum vitae with their applications to demonstrate work experience.

Grade Requirements: 

  • Applicants need between 112 and 120 UCAS points. This can come from A Levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, a BTEC Diploma at MM, T Levels, or the International Baccalaureate. 
  • The university also accepts international qualifications that are equivalent to A-Levels.

English Proficiency: 

  • For applicants whose first language is not English, an IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in all components is necessary, or an equivalent English qualification such as TOEFL and PTE.
