BA Honours Business Management and Enterprise

The BA (Honours) Business Management and Enterprise programme at Sheffield Hallam University helps students learn how to create new businesses and become skilled managers who can solve problems in companies around the world. The course provides a solid understanding of entrepreneurial strategy, business innovation, and creative solutions. 

This course provides students the opportunity to gain real-world experience through engaging with industry experts, and they can even launch their ventures with university support. In this course, students will learn through lectures, small group discussions, and one-on-one help from tutors, and they will be assessed through reports, projects, and presentations, rather than relying solely on exams.

Candidates are encouraged to present a personal statement outlining their motivations for the course and relevant academic or professional experiences. A pertinent academic and/or employer reference is also often required. Applicants may upload their curriculum vitae with their applications to demonstrate work experience.

Grade Requirements: 

• Applicants need between 112 and 120 UCAS points. This can come from A Levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma at MPP, a BTEC Diploma at MM, T Levels, or the International Baccalaureate. 
• The university also accepts international qualifications that are equivalent to A-Levels.

English Proficiency: 

• For applicants whose first language is not English, an IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in all components is necessary, or an equivalent English qualification such as TOEFL and PTE.

The yearly fee for international students studying the BA (Honours) Business Management and Enterprise programme at Sheffield Hallam University for the 2025/26 school year is £17,155.
