Entry requirements

This course is designed for women holding or aspiring to leadership positions in organisations, their community, or society more broadly. It will be particularly valuable for women entering or applying for their leadership role, female entrepreneurs, female politicians, women working in male dominated industries, and women from minority backgrounds or marginalised groups. To get the most out of this microcredential, learners just need some previous professional work experience and an active interest in achieving change and advocating for women in leadership.

Please note, this microcredential will be delivered in English, so having a solid grasp of the language will be essential to successfully completing this microcredential.
