Course Overview

Entry Requirements

Applicants will be assessed individually based on their ability to benefit from the course. Admission can also be offered based on non-standard entry qualifications and industry or professional experience. 

Grade Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree of second-class lower division (2:2) in an unrelated or partially related subject to Real Estate or Construction is required of applicants. 

English Proficiency:

  • For international students who do not speak English as a first language, a test of proficiency in English is required. Thus, they are expected to have an overall IELTS score of 6.5 with at least 5.5 in each of the four components. 
  • Other English language proficiency tests equivalent to this are also accepted. 

Cost of Study

The full-time tuition fee to study an MSc in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University is £17,850. Please note that the fee quoted is only for the 2025/2026 academic session, as fees are subject to increase.

Scholarships

NTU provide several scholarships and bursaries to aid students pursuing a degree at the university. One such scholarship is the High Achievers Scholarship. This scholarship is worth up to £4,000 and is awarded to students demonstrating strong academic performance and potential. 

The GREAT Scholarship also offers up to £10,000 scholarships for students from Egypt, Ghana, Italy, Kenya and Pakistan. This scholarship applies to all taught master's programmes.
