Course Overview

The MSc Project Management at Nottingham Trent University is a one-year programme for full-time students, and two years if a work placement is included. This course not only ensures that students grasp all critical aspects of project management but also aids in advancing their skills for effectively designing, planning, and completing projects. Key subjects covered include project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability, with a focus on how these elements integrate within project frameworks.

Throughout the programme, students engage with various modules such as Project and Programme Strategy, International Project Leadership, and Maximising Project Success. In the third semester, they have the opportunity to select a hands-on project, allowing them to apply their skills in real-world settings.

As a result of this comprehensive training, graduates are well-equipped to pursue careers in multiple fields, including project management, business consulting, operations leadership, and strategic planning.
