BSc Real Estate

The BSc Real Estate at Liverpool John Moores University teaches how to acquire landed property and assets for profit. This course is designed for business-minded students who enjoy assisting individuals in finding shelter, whether in remote locations or urban areas. In this programme, students will learn how land can be built from scratch to accommodate many individuals. They will also understand the main categories of real estate, which include residential, commercial, industrial, and raw land, and how each type operates. Additionally, students will learn the Principles of Economics and Management, Introduction to Law, and Property and Appraisal to help them handle clients and challenges. By doing so, they can use their marketing skills to promote properties that fulfil human needs.

Learning in this course is through lectures, tutorials, group discussions, and conferences. Assessment methods include presentation, periodic tests, examination, and a final-year project.
