Grade Requirements:

• Applicants typically need 112–120 UCAS points, which usually come from A-levels with grades of BBC, or a BTEC Extended Diploma with DMM grades. 
• Equivalent international qualifications are also accepted.
• A chemistry qualification at A-level or an equivalent level is highly recommended. 

English Proficiency:

• International students must show English language proficiency equivalent to an overall IELTS score of 6.5, with no individual component scoring below 5.5.
• The university accepts equivalent scores from other recognised tests like TOEFL or PTE.

The tuition fee for international students enrolling in the BSc Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Science programme at LJMU for the 2024/2025 academic year is £18,250.
