• Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need to score a minimum of 6.0 overall in IELTS, with no less than 5.5 in each section, or submit equivalent recognised test scores.

For the September 2025/January 2026 intake, the tuition fees for the MSc Real Estate programme are as follows: £19,816 (Full Time), £9,908 (Part-Time).
