BSc Psychology

Course Overview

This undergraduate programme scientifically looks at human behaviour, with students studying key areas of psychology like biological, cognitive, and social psychology, in addition to research methods and the history of the subject. The course provides a deep understanding of how the mind functions and influences human actions.

Students' progress will be measured through assignments, such as essays, reports, presentations, and exams. A significant component of the programme is the optional work placement year, which offers an invaluable opportunity for hands-on experience, allowing students to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting. This practical element is crucial for preparing students for a professional career and for improving their skills in data analysis, communication, and project management.
