BA Human Resource Management

Course Overview

The BA Human Resource Management at De Montfort University is designed to help students understand and integrate the essentials of HR strategies within broader concepts of human resource management. Students will learn international human resource strategies, behavioural insights for managers, and have the opportunity to cover areas such as leadership and management.

Entry Requirements

Grade Requirements:

Applicants should possess 112 UCAS tariff points with qualifications equivalent to A-levels or two related subjects. 

English Proficiency:

Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency in the language, typically through an IELTS overall score of at least 6.5 (or a 5.5 in each section).

Cost of Study

For International students enrolling for the BA Human Resource Management at De Montfort University,  the tuition fee for the 2025/26 academic session is approximately £16,250.

Scholarships

De Montfort University provides scholarships to support international students financially. For students who pay their tuition fees in full before the deposit deadline, there is a £500 discount available.
