BSc Property Development and Planning

The BSc Property Development and Planning at Nottingham Trent University is for students who want to help shape towns and cities. If you would like to work as a consultant, adviser, or property developer, this course will show you how to create and manage successful property projects.

Grade Requirements:

• To study this course, candidates must have 112 UCAS tariff points from up to four qualifications. It should be noted that two of these qualifications must be equivalent to A-level.  

English Proficiency:

• For those whose first language is not English, an IELTS Academic overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component is required. 
• Alternative tests such as Pearson, TOEFL or LanguageCert are equally accepted. 
• Tests are only valid within two years of your course start date.

The tuition fee to study the BSc in Property Development and Planning at Nottingham Trent University is £17,500. This fee is for the 2025/26 academic session. Thus, subsequent fees may be increased.

NTU has a number of scholarships aimed at reducing the financial burden of students. One of the available scholarships is the NTU International Scholarship, which awards up to £3,000 to deserving students.

Apart from this, there is the High Achievers Award for high-achieving students. These awards are based on a certain criterion, and provided you meet the requirements, you will be awarded the relevant scholarship. 

You must still submit an application form to be considered, but you can choose to apply for these awards only by ticking the box stating you wish to be considered for the High Achievers Scholarship.
