BSc Sport Coaching

Course Overview

The Cardiff Metropolitan University BSc Sport Coaching helps to develop critical practitioners who appreciate the social and dynamic nature of the profession. Entry Requirements

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement, and a relevant academic and/or employer reference. Students have the option to upload their CV along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • To be enrolled, applicants need 104 - 112 UCAS tariff points, usually achieved through three A-Levels with grades BB (no specific subjects are required for this route).
  • Alternatively, a BTEC National / Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma at grade DMM is acceptable.
  • Other international qualifications equivalent to A-Levels are accepted.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need to score 6.0 overall in IELTS Academic, with a minimum of 5.5 in each section.
  • Equivalent qualifications, such as acceptable Secure English Language Test (SELT) scores, will also be considered for admission.

International students taking the BSc Sport Coaching at Cardiff Metropolitan University pay £16,000 in tuition.
