Business Information Systems at Canterbury Christ Church University will equip students with the knowledge and skills to plan and set up IT systems. Students learn how to analyse a system and find out the requirements for a system. Also, students learn how to replace legacy systems by modernising and keeping them current.
This course equips students with an in-depth understanding of organisations, technology, and its users through extensive academic coursework and numerous project works and group projects.

To meet the entry requirements, applicants must have at least two A Levels or a BTEC National Diploma. Alternatively, a combination of BTEC and A Level qualifications equivalent to two A Levels, such as a BTEC subsidiary certificate and one A Level, is also accepted. Other eligible qualifications include a pass at T Level, an Access to Higher Education Diploma, or a Level 3 apprenticeship lasting at least 24 months.

For international students, English language requirements are as follows:
IELTS: Overall score of 6.0–6.5, with at least 5.5–6.0 in each component.
TOEFL iBT: Minimum of 60 overall: Reading 8, Listening 7, Speaking 16 and Writing 18
PTE Academic: 59 overall with no element below 59
Oxford ELLT: 6 overall with no element below 5
In 2025/26, annual tuition fees for overseas students for this course are £15,500.
