Entry Requirements

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants are expected to have a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree, or equivalent, in computing, information systems and information technology, or any other degree in computing and IT subjects.
  • Applicants who do not meet the standard entry requirement but have relevant professional experience may be invited to an interview and test, at which they will be required to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding for entry onto the course.

English Proficiency:

  • International students will be required to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. Alternative qualifications are also accepted.

Cost of Study

The tuition fees for international students enrolling in the MSc Digital Transformation programme at Birmingham City University are £18,600 for the 2025/26 academic year.

Scholarships
