This CIPD-accredited course is designed for individuals who want to pursue a career in human resource management. As a business course, it covers the essential principles for a successful business with a focus on people management. 

In this course, students understand the value of human resources in an organisation and study how to oversee recruitment, staff relations and productivity, and employee exits and dismissals. Applicants must have a UCAS tariff point between 112 and 120 and BBC-BBB in A Levels (or equivalent qualifications). The university also accepts BTECs with DMM-DDM grades.
