BSc Construction Management

The BSc Construction Management (Top-up) at the University of Bedfordshire allows students to build their knowledge and skills in design and construction. Students will be introduced to the latest principles and technologies in the field, such as budgeting, cost management, and value management, which they can use to reach commercial and contractual outcomes. They will also investigate emerging technologies used in modern construction methods while analysing their importance for sustainability and finance. Students will also complete an Honours Project where they can apply their skills, knowledge, and creativity to a project of interest that is relevant to their field of study.
