BSc Real Estate

The BSc Real Estate at Birmingham City University enables students to gain an in-depth understanding of real estate, while learning to expertly analyse the processes involved in its ownership, development, occupation, valuation and management. The 3-year programme allows students to explore economics and finance, property valuation and management, urban planning and law, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career.

Grade Requirements:

• Applicants are expected to have qualifications equivalent to 80-112 UCAS tariff points at A-levels within the grade range of BCC. Other qualifications, such as the BTEC Extended Diploma in two A-levels or equivalent level 3 qualifications and T Level with merits overall (all subjects considered), are also accepted. 

English Proficiency:

• International students will be required to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. Alternative qualifications are also accepted.

The tuition fees for international students enrolling in the BSc Real Estate from Birmingham City University are £17,690 for the 2025/26 academic year.

Birmingham City University offers merit-based scholarships to acknowledge the achievements of international students. These scholarships are awarded as a reduction in the first-year tuition fees. All international students enrolling in undergraduate or postgraduate programmes may be eligible for a scholarship of up to £1,000, typically applied directly to their tuition costs.
