BA Business Management

Wrexham University has a long history, beginning in 1887 as the Wrexham School of Science and Art. Over time, it evolved through various forms, becoming the North East Wales Institute of Higher Education (NEWI) in 1975. 

In 2008, it achieved full university status and was named Glyndŵr University, honouring the Welsh scholar and hero Owain Glyndŵr. It became known as Wrexham University in late 2023.

Grade Requirements:

• The academic requirements for this course are 96-112 UCAS tariff points at GCE A-Level or equivalent. 

English Proficiency: 

• International students whose first language is not English are required to demonstrate a level of proficiency in English. To do this, they must have an IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill area. 
• Alternative tests such as LanguageCert Academic, PTE Academic, and TOEFL are also accepted.

For the 2025/26 academic year, the tuition fee to study the BA (Hons) Business & Management at Wrexham University is £11,750. Kindly note that fees are paid annually and are, therefore, subject to change.

The scholarships at Wrexham University are designed to support students financially and enhance their academic experience. For instance, the First Generation Opportunity Scholarship offers a £1,000 cash award and a 25% discount on university accommodation for students who are the first in their family to attend university. It is available to international students for their first year of study.
