MSc International Business Management

The University of Sunderland MSc International Business Management course is designed to help give students a global career edge. It helps students understand international business, trade, and strategy, covering major areas such as strategic foresight, leadership skills, and cross-cultural management.

Students will learn through lectures, seminars, group work, and extensive use of case studies to apply knowledge to real-world problems. The course requires a high level of independent research and will end in the International Business Management Research Project (60 credits), which allows for specialised investigation into a subject of your choosing.

Grade Requirements:

• Applicants need at least a second-class honours degree (2:2) or above in any subject. No specific academic field is required.
• The university also considers applicants with professional experience who can demonstrate they will benefit from a postgraduate business qualification.

English Proficiency:

• Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need to score a minimum of 6.0 overall in IELTS, with at least 5.5 in each section (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
• Equivalent approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) scores will also be accepted.

The annual tuition fee for international students on the MSc International Business Management at the University of Sunderland is £17,400.
