The MSc TESOL and Intercultural Communication prepares students for an advanced career in teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL). The programme helps people who teach English to stay up to date and be better informed in a world where many languages are used.
Professional linguists and experts in education teach students special topics in the field, allowing students to explore and learn from different perspectives before focusing on a specific area. To fully complete this programme, students must submit a dissertation between 12,000 and 15,000 words.
Students will learn through lectures on campus, seminars, and tutorials, and their performance will be assessed through written assignments (essays and a reflective journal), materials development projects, and presentations. Students will gain practical and theoretical skills to teach English learners’ social, cultural, and communicative goals.
