BA Landscape Architecture
Course overview
This three-year undergraduate course allows students to work on real-life projects and workshops to develop practical skills in professional landscape studios. The course has received accolades recently, being rated 4th in the UK for student satisfaction and 5th for finding a job after graduation. Students gain practical experience from study trips to see classic and modern landscapes in places like Copenhagen and New York.
Teaching is conducted in a studio that blends lectures, tutorials, and personal study, combining theory with design practice. Students’ performance is assessed through portfolios, written work, and a large final-year project. This project is displayed at a degree show, where industry geniuses view the students' professional work.
