BA Entrepreneurship and Law

This BA Entrepreneurship and Law course offers a thorough understanding of the English Legal system alongside building skills to reflect the rapidly changing global business environment. The course covers key concepts such as theoretical business, enterprise concepts, constitutional law, and human rights. You'll benefit from input from industry on live projects and briefs to apply the skills you learn to solve real business issues.

Learning is delivered through case preparation, mooting, interviewing, and negotiation. For Law modules, assessments include group work, oral presentations, written coursework, examinations, seminar debates, group presentations, and conference papers. Assignments could include business reports, research and consultancy projects, presentations, design of digital materials such as videos, blogs or augmented reality posters, and computer-based assessments.

Grade requirements

Applicants are required to have the following

• 112-120 UCAS Tariff points with qualifications equivalent to A-levels 
• BTEC Extended Diploma: Grades within the range of Distinction to Merit (DDM)
• International Baccalaureate (IB): A 28 points is usually required.

English Proficiency

• Candidates whose first or primary language is not English will usually need an overall IELTS score of 6.0, with no component score below 5.5.

The cost of the BA Entrepreneurship and Law program for International Students is £16,900 per year (2025/26).
