MSc Orthopaedics
Course overview
This is a master's degree that helps students advance their specialist knowledge of bone and joint disorders (orthopaedic disorders) and how they are managed. The course is special because it uses a flexible approach that considers their professional background and future career goals.
Students will benefit from knowledge in translational medicine, which implies the application of discoveries in science from the lab ("bench") and clinical trials to real-life medical practice ("bedside") to improve patient care. The teaching is done through workshops, seminars, and practical classes, with all performances being checked through coursework.
