Course overview
The LLM International Child Law at the University of Law is a postgraduate degree designed for both law and non-law graduates to enhance their academic legal knowledge. The programme focuses on a range of issues related to children's rights, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to progress in careers in family law and family support, charities, the humanitarian sector, immigration, policy advisory, and regulation.

They will develop an understanding of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the right to healthcare within its global framework.
They will also explore key issues such as child labour, international child abduction, and intercountry adoption.
