Grade Requirements: 

• To study this course, applicants must have 64 UCAS tariff points, which must include at least 32 points from one A-level or equivalent BTEC National qualification. 
• You should also have at least an AS-Level (Grade C) or A-Level E in Spanish for entry into this course. 

English Proficiency:

• International students will need to demonstrate a level of proficiency in English. They must have an IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. 
• Those who do not meet this requirement are advised to consider a Sheffield Hallam University Pre-sessional English course, which will enable them to achieve an equivalent English score.

The tuition fee for students starting full-time study in 2025/26 is £17,155 per year. This fee is provisional and subject to change.

Sheffield Hallam University offers different scholarships to help international students with the cost of their studies. These scholarships also reward students who have done well in their previous education.

One example is the Vice-Chancellor’s Award. This gives automatic discounts on tuition fees to international students from certain countries, such as Nigeria, Ghana, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and countries in South-East Asia. Students can receive up to £3,000 off their first-year fees, depending on their home country. The award is given automatically and is included in the offer letter from the university.
