Therapeutic radiographers play a central part in cancer care, responsible for delivering radiotherapy services and treating cancer patients using advanced equipment. They ensure treatment planning and delivery are achieved with great precision, using technologies such as Computerised Tomography (CT) simulators and linear accelerators.

Entry requirements

Applicants must submit a personal statement, a relevant academic and/or employer reference, and a CV (Optional) to show their relevant professional experience.

  • Grade Requirements:

Applicants need to have completed the PgDip Therapeutic Radiography (pre-registration) at London South Bank University.

  • English Proficiency:

Applicants whose first language is not English must achieve a minimum score of 6.5 overall in IELTS, with no less than 5.5 in all sections. The university also accepts other test scores, like TOEFL and PTE.
