LLM Human Rights Law

The LLM in Human Rights Law at London Metropolitan University is a master's degree that students can study from a distance. It can be completed in one year full-time or two years part-time. The course looks at human rights from a global, social, and political perspective, covering their history and current issues such as environmental and social justice.

• Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds need an IELTS score of at least 6.5 or an equivalent test score to be considered for the programme.

While London Metropolitan University offers several scholarships, the International Bright Futures Scholarship of £3,000 is not available for the LLM Human Rights Law course as it is a distance learning programme. This scholarship is only for full-time students at the London campuses.

However, students can still apply for other scholarships offered by the university or external organisations, such as the Prompt Payment Discount of up to £2,500. They may also be eligible for other scholarships depending on their country of origin.
